Subject to Supreme Court Rule IV.3, RIACDL has requested that the MCLE Commission approve this program and award attendees up to 2.0 credits including 1.0 credits in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). RIACDL is also seeking approval for credit towards recertification of court appointed counsel specifically 2.0 hours of the CLE requirement for criminal case panels in the District, Superior, and Supreme Courts .
